It's been a long hard few months out here on the farm since we lost our 100+ year old barn in a tragic fire in February. Thank you so much to so many of you who have generously donated to our GoFundMe campaign (which is still live and accepting donations), and to everyone for sending their love and supportive messages to us along the way. We have along way to go to reach the funds required to rebuild, and we hope you will continue to help us!


We are excited to announce our latest fundraiser, The Barn Raiser Meal Kit featuring fresh produce from the farm, and amazing recipes from our dear friends at Takumi Izakaya Restaurant in Sacramento. All meal kits include all the ingredients and detailed instructions you will need to create these beautiful dishes at home. Sneak a peak at the menu options below. We dare you not to salivate!!


Barn Raiser Meal Kit Menu Options (You will choose one of the following options per ticket)

Japanese Omnivore Menu Includes Vegetable Tempura: Seasonal vegetables dipped in a light batter then fried to a golden, crispy finish. Paired with a savory tempura sauce made from bonito flakes and dashi kambu. Black Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen:

Big warm bowl of tender noodles swimming in a rich pork broth with slow cooked chasu (porkbelly) with menma, wood-ear mushroom, and ajitsuki tomago (marinated soft boiled egg). Finished with a sheet of nori and black garlic oil.

Japanese Vegetarian Menu Includes Vegetable Tempura: Seasonal vegetables dipped in a light batter then fried to a golden, crispy finish. Paired with a savory tempura sauce made from bonito flakes and dashi kambu. Miso Shitake Ramen: Big warm bowl of tender noodles swimming in an 8 hour miso and mushroom broth with soft tofu, shitake and wood-ear mushroom, house pickled bamboo, and spinach. Topped with nori and green onion.

Italian Omnivore Menu Includes Cabbage Balsamic Slaw: Vinegar based slaw with balsamic, honey, parsley, EVOO, shredded carrots, curly kale, red and green cabbage from the farm. Pasta Putanesca: Sauteed garlic, red onion, red pepper flake, salt cured anchovy, cherry tomatoes, parsley, oregano, sweet italian basil, capers, kalamata olives, and EVOO served over thick spaghetti. Butter Basted New York Steak (or Chicken): Simply seasoned with salt and pepper, basted with a rosemary, thyme, garlic butter. Italian Vegetarian Menu Includes: Cabbage Balsamic Slaw: Vinegar based slaw with balsamic, honey, parsley, EVOO, shredded carrots, curly kale, red and green cabbage from the farm. Veggie Pasta Putanesca: Sauteed garlic, red onion, red pepper flake, cherry tomatoes, parsley, oregano, sweet italian basil, capers, kalamata olives, and EVOO served over thick spaghetti. Cauliflower Steak with Balsamic Honey Glaze: Andreotti Farms Cauliflower sliced into thick steaks, pan fried and finished with balsamic honey glaze.
